Saskatoon Public Schools’ Summer School Program offers a range of high school credit classes that provide both current high school students and adults with an opportunity to meet high school graduation and entrance requirements to post-secondary institutions. Taking a class during the summer can provide current students with flexibility in their class schedule during the following school year.
Summer School Program
For 2021, all Summer School courses will be offered in an online learning format; there will be no classroom instruction. Students have the opportunity to earn credit in a range of 10-, 20-, and 30-level courses including English language arts, mathematics and sciences. Students are expected to participate fully in all classes in order to have the best opportunity for successful completion.
High school students who are under the age of 18 are required to have completed any prerequisite courses and it is up to students to ensure they have all prerequisites before summer classes begin. Prerequisite requirements are waived for adult students, age 18 and older.
