The High School Carpentry Apprenticeship Program (HCAP) at Mount Royal Collegiate is offering the opportunity to have your house or cottage built by HCAP students.

If you are interested in building or purchasing a new home or cottage, you will experience significant construction savings and also be a part of supporting learners by having the project built by HCAP.

• Cost savings up to 30 per cent overall
• All student work is overseen by journeyman contractors and teachers
• Custom built to buyer's taste and budget
• All home inspections are completed to new home standards
• Purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with moving the home/cottage
• Construction takes place inside the Nutrien Learning Lab located at Mount Royal Collegiate
• Purchaser is responsible for site preparation, foundation, hook ups, and move to the site
