Description: Wellness 10 Online allows for a safe environment for all to gain your required grade 10 Physical Education credit. Students will explore the 5 Dimensions of Wellness while completing a Personal Wellness Plan. Each student will also be required to complete necessary activity hours. The goal of this course is to further develop students into more confident individuals who can live a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
