Description: This course is designed to introduce students to the language of business and the importance of accurate record keeping. Students will learn the skills and processes required to record and analyze the financial records of a service business.

Topics Covered: In Accounting 10 students will learn the 8-step accounting cycle: analyzing transactions, journalizing, posting to a general ledger, preparing worksheets, preparing financial statements, adjusting and closing entries, posting adjustments, and preparing trial balances.
