About Our School
โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Mount Royal Collegiate is a comprehensive high school located on the corner of Rusholme Road and Avenue W in Saskatoon. We opened in 1960, and within the past decade, more than $20 million has been spent on renovations to expand our campus. Renovations include extensive upgrades to our practical and applied arts shops, labs and studios for commercial cooking, cosmetology, electronics, graphic arts, home economics, machining, mechanics, welding and wood construction.

These enhanced spaces are home to our partner, the Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre, which trains and prepares individuals of all ages for occupations in need of a skilled workforce. We also partner with post-secondary institutions, including Saskatchewan Polytechnic (Saskatoon's Kelsey Campus), Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies and the Dumont Technical Institute, to offer academic programming to prepare students for post-secondary education.

We are proud of our dynamic course offerings, both academic and elective, as well as our exciting array of extracurricular teams and clubs. We are home to the High School Carpentry Apprenticeship Program for grades 11 and 12 students. โ€‹We are also home to the Royal Adult Campus, which offers learners between the ages of 18 and 21 the opportunity to study in a format that suits their lifestyle while working towards an Adult 12 diploma.โ€‹
