Summary
It is anticipated that there may be vacancies in all grade levels and subject areas of our K-12 school division. Saskatoon Public Schools provides high quality education, throughout its 2,400 professional and support staff, to 20,000 students in 43 elementary schools, 10 secondary schools and two associate schools in Saskatoon.
Qualifications
In the Province of Saskatchewan, all teachers are required to meet the standards set out by the Ministry of Education. If you do not possess a valid Saskatchewan Teaching Certificate you may wish to contact the Ministry of Education in Regina in order to apply for one.

Benefits
Teachers receive a full range of benefits that are included in the Provincial Bargaining Agreement between the Boards of Education and the Government of Saskatchewan and the Teachers of Saskatchewan. As well, Saskatoon Public Schools and the Teachers of Saskatoon Public Schools have a local agreement that provides benefits not covered in the Provincial Bargaining Agreement. Application Procedure
Saskatoon Public Schools accepts teaching applications throughout the year. Once an application has been processed, it will be reviewed for any position that becomes available throughout the school year based on grade level and subject area. Teaching positions are not advertised in newspapers. These applications must be updated every calendar year in order to be considered for employment. Applicants are requested to provide references from last three employers.
